Worldover, AI operating system for substance-based businesses

    Distributors · Cosmetics and chemicals

    Every lot, provable in seconds.

Move the right product, lot and documents to the customer quickly, with SDS and labels already tied to what you ship.

    Today

A customer needs material dispatched today, and you need to know which lot can ship and whether its SDS is the current one.

Stock, orders and documents run on separate tools, so promised stock, unsold stock and expiry dates are reconciled by hand before anything leaves.

    • Relabelling under your own brand generally makes you responsible for the safety data sheet as if you'd made it.
    • Importing directly from outside the EU or UK makes you the importer, with full registration liability.
    • Decanting into smaller containers can make you the manufacturer of the mixture, which changes what you owe the customer.

You ship against out-of-date documentation, you write off stock that expired in a location nobody checked, and obligations you took on by repacking or importing only surface in an audit.

    With Worldover

Worldover connects lots, stock, expiry, supplier documentation and the SDS versions you've issued on one record.

You can dispatch and evidence it in the same movement.

    • Lots, expiry, retest dates and available against promised stock sit on one record, so you know what can actually ship.
    • SDS versions are issued and tracked per customer, so you can prove what they hold and update them when it changes.
    • Repacked and relabelled lots carry their own record and documentation, rather than inheriting the supplier's by assumption.

    Build your setup

These are the modules we typicallyoffer to distributors.

The fit here is narrow and we say so. Distributors buy documentation control and stock visibility, and only need more if they repack, relabel or import.

    What we wouldn't sell you

    • R&D Lab Software: Distributors don't formulate.
    • MES: Distributors don't manufacture.
    • Production Planning: Distributors don't manufacture.
    • Quote Management: BOM-level quoting doesn't apply to resale.

Worldover supports connected regulatory workflows, product documentation, approvals and the operational data behind them. It isn't a regulatory consultancy service.

Willow finds answers, prepares work and routes decisions using the live operating record. Material actions remain governed by permissions, approvals and audit history.

    Common questions

    What distributor teamsask us most.

The questions that come up in nearly every conversation

We just move sealed containers. Do we need this?

If you only pass on the supplier's documentation, the fit is narrow. It changes the moment you repack, relabel under your own brand or import directly, because those make you responsible for the documentation and, in some cases, the registration.

Can it track which SDS version each customer holds?

Yes. Issued documents are recorded per customer and per version, so when a supplier updates an SDS you can see exactly who needs telling.

Does it replace our warehouse system?

It doesn't have to. Most distributors start with lots, documentation and expiry, and connect the warehouse system rather than replace it.

Chemicals distributors: the questions people search

What software do chemical distributors need?
Chemical distributors need lot-level stock linked to classification and SDS versions, market and use restrictions per substance, automatic reissue of documents when a supplier changes a formulation, and dispatch paperwork generated from the same record. The compliance exposure sits between the supplier's data and the customer's delivery.
Who issues the safety data sheet when you distribute another company's product?
A distributor placing the product on the market must supply a safety data sheet in the language of the destination country, and must pass on updated versions to anyone supplied in the previous twelve months. Relabelling or repacking can make you the supplier for classification purposes.
