    We love working hard on hard challenges. We're led by Ed (CEO) and Chris (CTO), who between them run our commercial, operational and technical teams. Backgrounds are unimportant at Worldover, which is why ours are so varied.

    We set revenue goals every 6 months. If we hit them, we go on a Worldover holiday. We've summered in Lisbon and skied in Bansko, who knows where we'll go next?

    Hybrid working.

    We're together in our Camden HQ on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and work from home on Wednesday and Friday.

    Flexible hours.

    9am to 6pm are our core hours. If that doesn't work for your life, we're flexible with your start and end hours on request.

    Annual leave.

    25 days plus bank holidays, January to December.

    Learning & development.

    Conferences, mentoring, courses. We review what suits each person individually and we make it happen.
