The Worldover Shopify integration is a bi-directional connector built on the Shopify Admin API and webhooks. It syncs products, variants, inventory levels by location, orders, fulfilments, refunds and customer records. Worldover owns the substance master, formula, batch record, QC release and regulatory documentation; Shopify continues to own the storefront, checkout, payments and D2C customer experience. Typical outcomes: real inventory (down to batch and expiry) on the storefront, no CSV imports, no over-selling, batch and lot traceability from PDP through to fulfilment.
