    ICONIC London is a UK-based colour cosmetics brand known for its complexion and highlighter ranges, with global distribution that places every product into multiple regulatory regimes at once. At that reach, keeping product data clean, current and screenable against every market the brand sells into is a daily operational reality, not a periodic project.

    ICONIC London deployed Worldover's PLM and Regulatory modules as the central platform for product information. PLM became the system of record for raw materials, formulations and finished products. Regulatory clears those formulations against the markets the brand ships into.

    Willow, Worldover's chemical intelligence engine, runs beneath the modules, holding the representation of every ingredient and the rules that govern it across jurisdictions. Regulatory work runs on the same live data the development team operates in, so there is no second copy to reconcile.
