Launch in three markets, one version of the truth.
Own the product, the specification and the compliance outcome, across every toll manufacturer and supplier.
Today
A customer asks for the current SDS and the specification, and the version you can find isn't the version you ship.
Composition, supplier documentation, classification and labelling sit in different places, maintained by different people, and each one moved at a different time.
With Worldover
Worldover holds composition, supplier documents, classification, labelling and customer requirements on one substance-aware product record.
The document you send is generated from the version you actually sell.
The problem
Why the work is slow today, and what's actually causing it.
What the working day looks like now
- 01Blend compositions sit in spreadsheets, with impurities at ppm and ranges against exact percentages kept accurate by hand.
- 02SDSs are written and maintained per jurisdiction and per language, and nobody's certain which version went to which customer.
- 03Toll manufacturers send back CoAs, specifications and deviation notes by email, which then get filed by whoever opened them.
- 04Registrations, inventory listings and tonnage bands are tracked in a spreadsheet, per substance and per legal entity.
- 05Labelling work is redone per market: pictograms, hazard statements, UFI codes and small package derogations.
Why the current stack creates the problem
- Classification and labelling depend on composition, but the composition record and the document record live in different systems.
- The SVHC candidate list updates roughly twice a year, and each update means a manual review of which mixtures and customers are affected.
- EU REACH and UK REACH are now two regimes with duplicated cost, on top of TSCA and every other inventory you sell into.
- Poison centre notifications have to be resubmitted when composition moves beyond tolerance, and nothing tells you it has.
The cost of doing nothing
You ship against stale safety data sheets, you find out about a tonnage band or an SVHC listing after it applies, and every customer questionnaire is answered from scratch.
How Worldover changes the workflow
- Composition, including impurities at ppm and ranges, is held once and drives classification, labelling and the SDS.
- SDSs are generated per jurisdiction and language, with version control and a record of which version each customer holds.
- Registrations, inventory listings and tonnage per legal entity are tracked against the substance, so you see the next band before you cross it.
- When a restriction or candidate list update lands, you can see the affected mixtures and the customers who need telling.
Build your setup
These are the modules we typicallyoffer to chemical product owners.
Brands start with the product record and the work around it, because the hard part isn't making the product, it's coordinating everyone who does.
R&D / PLM
The product and formulation foundation. Where most customers start, because everything else reads from it.
PLMStart here
One product record carrying the full BOM across formulation, packaging components and artwork, instead of a shared drive and several contract manufacturers' spreadsheets.
- Products
- Product specific workflows
- Product table management
Project ManagementStart here
Templated launch projects with stage-gates and approvals, so NPD stops being a chase across marketing, procurement, regulatory and three CMs.
- Project templates
- Critical path and timelines
- Project list view
R&D Lab Software
Screen every formulation against market regulation and retailer lists (Sephora Clean, Ulta, Credo, Amazon) before a change quietly breaks compliance.
Add to your setupAI Agents
Chase, extract and file supplier documentation automatically, so INCI breakdowns, allergens, TDSs and CoAs stop living in PDF attachments.
Add to your setupPackaging Specification
Component specifications, artwork versioning and approval, plus PPWR and EPR reporting against the packaging you actually ship.

Demand Planning
Forecast from real sell-through so the stock-to-sales ratio stops being the number everyone argues about.

The financial backbone, running on the same substance-aware records.
ERP
Ledger, payables, receivables and order management on substance-aware data.
Only if: You want finance running on the same product records as everything else.
See it for chemical product ownersWhat we wouldn't sell you
- MES: You don't run the production floor. Your manufacturers do.
- Production Planning: Scheduling machines and labour isn't your operation.
- Warehouse Management: Bin-level warehouse control is rarely a brand problem.

PLM + Project Management
Add one more workflow to see how these three connect into a working system.
Worldover's most useful combinations need at least three connected modules. Pick another card to reveal the workflow.
Worldover supports connected regulatory workflows, product documentation, approvals and the operational data behind them. It isn't a regulatory consultancy service.
Willow finds answers, prepares work and routes decisions using the live operating record. Material actions remain governed by permissions, approvals and audit history.

What chemical product owner teamsask us most.
The questions that come up in nearly every conversation, answered plainly.
We don't manufacture. Is this still relevant?
Yes. The hard part for a brand isn't making the product, it's coordinating everyone who does. Worldover holds the product record, the supplier documents and the launch project, and your manufacturers put their documents straight into it through a portal.
Can it screen formulations against retailer standards, not just regulation?
Yes. Screening runs against market regulation and retailer lists such as Sephora Clean, Ulta, Credo and Amazon, plus any blacklist you maintain yourself.
What happens when a contract manufacturer changes the formula?
The change lands on the product record, and the compliance screen, the documentation and the packaging data are reassessed against it rather than staying on the old version.
Do we need to replace our finance system?
No. Most brands start with the product record and the launch work, then extend into stock and finance only if they hold their own inventory.
The connected system
When your systems work together,AI can finally be useful.
Worldover is built as one operating system. The best version isn't a collection of modules; it's one record for every substance, product, batch and customer. Willow doesn't replace expert judgment. It removes the searching, re-keying and chasing that slow your teams down.
