EU - Update on Cosmetic Products Regulation EC 1223/2009
On 22nd November 2024, the European Commission’s Working Group on Cosmetic Products held a plenary session. Delays to the proposed revision have followed delays to the EU REACH Revision (declared maladministration by the European Ombudsman), which is now expected in 2025.
